Hi, I’m Diana

A mum of three & a Family Photographer

Based In South Dublin

I’m naturally observant, patient and genuinely interested in people and their stories.

I notice how moments unfold, how light changes a space and how connection shows up in small, honest ways.

These qualities shape both how I photograph and how I work with families.

Everything I do is rooted in presence — taking time, paying attention and allowing things to happen rather than forcing them.

“We do not remember days, we remember moments.”

— Cesare Pavese

Motherhood

Motherhood is my greatest adventure and my proudest role.

It has taught me patience, empathy and the art of slowing down. It has shown me how full the days are and how fast the years move. How easy it is to postpone things that matter, because you’re tired, busy or waiting to feel “more ready”.

I photograph families with this understanding at the centre of everything I do.

You don’t need to perform.

Your children don’t need to behave.

You don’t need to look or feel a certain way.

You simply need to show up — as you are.

I’ll take care of the rest.

Photography

For me, photography is a quiet art of noticing you and your loved ones — with empathy, curiosity and care.

I create space for connection, for closeness, for the small in-between moments that say more than any pose ever could.

I’m always on your side, gently guiding when you need it, so you never feel unsure or left on your own.

I know when to slow down.

When to step back.

When to offer reassurance instead of direction.

What shapes me

Fresh baked artisanal dark bread loaf on wooden board with butter dish and scattered seeds.

I feel most happy

With my family, cooking, sharing real, unhurried time.

I’m drawn to

mountains, the sea and raw, untamed nature.

I feel inspired by

light, art, film and honest moments.

My path

wasn’t a straight one. I once studied law, but storytelling won.

I love languages because

they connect me to people and their stories.

A quiet dream

life in a campervan, open roads, freedom.

Kind words

“Life with two young children and a newborn was chaotic, and I almost didn’t book. I’m so grateful we did. Diana helped us pause and truly feel this fleeting moment.”
